It’s important to understand the varied factors that have led to our present-day characters. I believe that we should never underestimate our individual experiences of growing up. Growing up could mean as an adolescent, or it could mean last week. We are always growing.
Whether it be in a personal or business capacity, if you have the right coach you will save money, effort and time. If they are good at what they do you will then ultimately deliver where others do not.
Focus is important. Even though some of us are extremely focused, if we want to get to that next level focus alone is not enough. We all need to be held accountable for our actions. Ideas are a beautiful thing, but they only become something special when put into action.
You should only be paying for experience and learnings, not for noise. Many mentors haven't really run or built any businesses. The growth period in a business is the most difficult.
However, in order to progress, you have to be willing to listen...
